People in Morrowind are racist AF, so if you are a Dunmer, you get an automatic boost (I think 15 point?) in disposition with 75% of the NPCsīeast races can't wear boots (there is a unique pair of boots that increases your speed 300% so that can be a deal breaker) Your magicka will also cap at 100 unless you are a Breton or Altmer, and/or choose a relevant birth sign (Mage, Apprentice, Atronach) Magicka doesn't regenerate constantly only when you sleep or replenish it.
