I finally came up with a solution that works and it boils down to the Save() method in Document object.

I can also create this bug on any server that runs Tomcat 8 or Tomcat 9 with a client browser IE 11. Hi - I know you are not able to recreate this bug - but some of our clients have this issue and it is a show stopper for them because the environment they work in requires the latest version of IE and Tomcat.
